Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can you respond to a tree emergency?
We respond to urgent callouts as quickly as possible across the MidCoast, around the clock. When you call, you will speak to a real person who will assess the situation and dispatch a qualified crew.
What types of emergencies do you respond to?
Storm-damaged trees, fallen limbs, flood-affected vegetation, fire-damaged trees, and any situation where a tree poses immediate risk to people, property, or access. If you are unsure, call us and we will advise.
Do you provide documentation for insurance claims?
Yes. We provide work orders, site assessment reports, and WHS documentation on every emergency job. Let us know when you call and we will make sure it is covered.
Can you respond to emergencies on commercial and council properties?
Yes. We respond across residential, commercial, and government properties throughout the MidCoast. As a MidCoast Council panel provider, we are experienced working within council response frameworks.
What should I do while waiting for your crew to arrive?
Keep clear of any damaged trees or fallen limbs. If a tree has come into contact with powerlines, do not approach and contact Essential Energy immediately. Our crew will manage the situation safely on arrival.
We’re always happy to help!
