Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need council approval to remove a tree on my property?
In most cases within the MidCoast Council area, yes. Trees over a certain size generally require a permit or development application before removal. As a MidCoast Council panel provider, we can advise on what applies to your property and assist with the necessary documentation.
What types of properties do you clear?
We work across residential blocks, rural properties, and commercial sites throughout the Mid North Coast. Whether it is a small suburban lot or a large rural parcel, we bring the right crew and equipment for the job.
Can you clear land near powerlines?
Yes. We hold accreditation for vegetation clearing within regulated clearance zones under Essential Energy requirements. All works near powerlines are carried out with appropriate safety protocols and compliance documentation.
How do you handle the green waste and timber after clearing?
All vegetation, timber, and debris is removed from site as part of the service. Where possible, material is chipped into mulch and recycled rather than sent to landfill.
Can you manage invasive roots that are damaging my driveway or drainage?
Yes. Root management is part of our land clearing capability. We assess the source, remove or manage the root system, and advise on the best approach to prevent regrowth or further damage.
We’re always happy to help!
